two separate ways to order. You can choose from Pre-Orders or
In-Stock Orders. Click to review our Return

At the top of every page you will find an easy to use navigational menu. The menu includes
links to different Pre-Order and In-Stock categories. On our main page you will find even
more links to different categories. Also on every page you will find a search box that
you can use to quickly find individual categories or items.
Our online store is secure. All online transactions are transmitted and encrypted. State
of the art, industry standard SSL encryption is used for your protection.
Once you link to a particular category you will find individual items available for sale.
Below every item is the  button. Clicking
this button will add the item to your Shopping Basket. You can then either continue shopping
or Checkout by clicking on the Checkout button.
You will then fill out the order form, select your method of payment and select your shipping
choice. You will receive an email confirmation of your order once the order has been
processed.
KEBco Toys accepts payments by Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Discover), PayPal, Personal Checks and Money
Orders. Payments by Personal Check will be held 7 days to allow
the check to clear.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want you to be completely satisfied
with any products that you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your items,
you may return them for a full refund. Please call or email for a return authorzation.
Items returned without prior authorzation may be refused and refund not processed. Some items
may be subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. All returned items must be returned unopened,
in their original packaging and in the exact same
condition they were delivered in. On undamaged returns, the cost of shipping charges
cannot be refunded. This includes the cost to ship the items to you and the cost for
you to return them to us.
If your items are damaged in route by the shipper ( UPS or USPS
Priority Mail ), KEBco Toys will file a damage claim for you.
In the event of a damaged package, you must call or email us
the details. On a damaged return, the cost of the items and
the shipping charges will be refunded. |
