We offer two separate Pre-Order Plans.
The first Pre-Order Plan we offer is called our "One of Every Figure" Club. This Plan is
available for all Star Wars, GI Joe and Transformer figures.
The second Pre-Order Plan we offer is for customers that would like to Pre-Order but
do not have an interest in joining the "One of Every Figure" Club. This Plan is also
available for all Star Wars, GI Joe and Transformer figures.

KEBco Comic and Toy Emporium guarantees that sufficient
inventory will be ordered to fill all Pre-Orders. We also
guarantee that every figure ordered will be delivered in Mint
condition. A Mint condition figure is defined as C9 or better
with no major defects. (Refer to your
favorite price guide for details on grading).
All of our merchandise is delivered straight from the Hasbro warehouse. Our figures are always among the
best conditioned figures you will find anywhere in the world. We have very high standards for grading
figures. If a figure does not meet our standards we do not sell it as a Mint figure.
KEBco Comic and Toy Emporium cannot be held responsible for delays
in shipments caused by Hasbro not shipping in a timely manner. It is possible that
certain retail outlets may receive their shipments from Hasbro before we do. We make every effort
to encourage Hasbro to ship to us as quickly as possible. We usually receive our shipments
at the same time or before other internet sites and retail outlets.
We offer Pre-Orders on individual figures in larger volumes than most others sites. Because of this we have
to order differently than most other sites in order to fill such a large number of Pre-Orders for
individual figures. We may sometimes skip a wave if that wave is duplicated or has an unfavorable assortment.
If we do skip a particular wave you may see figures in larger retail stores a few weeks before we
have them. The larger stores don't have to worry about case assortments or supplying a large number of
collectible grade figures to their customers.
Starting with the Post OTC waves and continuing with the Episode Three figures we will not offer refunds on any 50% Pre-Order
deposits. Please be sure of what you want before you order.
Our orders are based on our what our customers Pre-Order and we will no longer offer refunds on these orders. If for any reason KEBco
Comic and Toy Emporium cannot fill your order completely, either by our mistake or because sufficient inventory is not
shipped to us by Hasbro, any and all Pre-Order deposits will then be refunded or applied to other items that
you may have on order.
KEBco Comic and Toy Emporium accepts payments by Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American
Express, Discover), PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Payments by Personal
Check will be held 7 days to allow the check to clear.
When your Pre-Order is processed a 50% deposit is charged to your credit card. When your figures
ship, the 50% balance due, plus shipping charges are charged to your credit card. You may also
request for us to HOLD figures and ship them together in one shipment to save on shipping charges.
KEBco Comic and Toy Emporium ships all domestic Pre-Orders via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
All International Pre-Orders are shipped via International Airmail or International Express
Mail. Faster shipping methods are available upon request.
